De Pró Cava Brut is an excellent representative of Spanish Cavas, originating from the Penedès region. Made from the traditional grape varieties Xarel· this wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method.
Bright straw-yellow in color with a fine mousse. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus, pear, and a hint of brioche. The taste is balanced and smooth, with a mild mousse and a dry, elegant finish.
